I was thinking the other day that I should explain how Rose and I came up with the store name: Jones Girlz Ink. Rose and I were both born Jones’. She from the Mid-west and me from the East Coast. We both love to collect cool and eclectic items. We both also love to sell at Fairs and events. We decided that since everyone referred to us as “The Jones Girls”, that it would be part of our business name. We did give the Girls a z so it is spelled Girlz. And then for the Ink. I thought Incorporated sounded cool, but since our business was not incorporated…the powers that be would not let us take Inc. I loooove tattoos. I have MANY and am planning on getting more. Soooo Inc was out but we thought INK would be cool and a neat play on words.
Now you know how we came to be Jones Girlz Ink!
